DISTRIBUTION

30 years of expertise in logistics have enabled SDM to offer its customers the best infrastructures to distribute their products. We are mainly present throughout Europe and we are familiar with the handling of maritime containers with all the specificities that this entails (customs, dunnage, container inspection process, etc.).

Three preferred delivery modes

On the road by our drivers: The 12 trailers and 6 SDM tractors are exclusively reserved for your stored products. Our experienced drivers distribute your products throughout the North/Hauts de France region and in Belgium from Monday to Saturday. Each of our trailers can transport up to 27 tons of goods. SDM knows the importance of a well-delivered and on-time delivery, so we distribute just in time by truck on factory platform and base.

On the road by your drivers/providers: We receive your drivers without appointment from Monday to Friday from 7am.

By sea: We receive your containers from Monday to Friday from 7am. Our forklift drivers are trained in the CTU code and the operation is customary for customs formalities.

By rail : SDM has also been forwarding your products by wagon and train in France and Europe for more than 30 years. SDM handles any product of any tonnage (ex heavy machinery up to 25t) and offers the management of your stocks.

We distribute in the first place, the goods that we store on our platforms. This management not only allows us to open new storage areas for our customers but also considerably reduce delivery times compared to a classic transporter.
