For several decades, SDM has worked for the stationery sector and handles reels up to 5T. Construction of the buildings in Pecquencourt was designed according to this sector and was therefore carried out with a slab able to support a weight of 5T / m² and a height of 9m under the farm, as well as a covered area for outside unloading. Our buildings are under alarm, video surveillance and isolated for the safety of your products.

The stationery has the distinction of being a particularly bulky, heavy, sensitive product and therefore potentially difficult to handle depending on the loading mode. Our drivers are therefore trained in securing your reels, which are loaded in staggered rows for the small ones, and in cannon for the larger ones. We do not hesitate to strengthen our teams of drivers for your rush periods.

The handling of the coils being very delicate, we entrust these missions to the most experienced forklift operators and regularly renew their CACES 5 training to ensure the quality of our offer.

For this activity specifically, we have 5T clamp trolleys, straps, chocks and Joloda trailers with sliding curtains to promote loading and unloading of your bulky products.
